Its been a while since our last update, plenty of work in the vineyard but also in the cellar, for new vintage first rackings are in order, older vintages are in final stages of élevage and soon they will be ready for bottling. Here is a shortlist of wine events in Croatia where you can see what we have been doing:

Vinart Grand Tasting, Zagreb

First, of the larger wine events this spring is happening in Zagreb and organized by Vinart, the venue is Lauba and this show is regarded as one of the best wine events in Croatia so we are really stoked to be invited and part of this year’s wine gathering. Hopefully, our Malena Rosé 19 will be ready for display and tasting by that time. Other wines that we plan to showcase and have a small premiere are Babić 2018 and Plavac Mali 2016 both new lines for us. A total list of our wines will be determined in the next couple of weeks.

Chefs’ Stage, Šibenik

On 16th and 17th March, Šibenik will be transformed in the center of the culinary world and international chefs are taking the many stages around Šibenik’s most beautiful venues presenting local gastronomic heritage and tradition dating back to Roman times. In words of Rudolf Štefan of Pelegrini * Michelin star, Chefs’ Stage is a gastronomic platform that encourages the genuine exchange of knowledge and experience while critically assessing current issues in gastronomy, hospitality, and tourism.
Our wines can be tasted at the opening ceremony and traditional “Marendin” on Barone fortress.

Wines of Dalmatia, Split

Vina Dalmacije Split, Dalmatia 28-29. March 2020
The third edition of major wine producers from Dalmatia will be held at Split University campus.
We expect great workshops with a focus on local producers and autochthonous varieties of grapes and overall a nice gathering of wine lovers and professionals.
