Gotovo sve \u0161to radimo u vinogradu je ra\u0111eno ru\u010dno, a taj pristup imamo i u na\u0161em podrumu.<\/p>\n<p>Volimo isprobavati nove stvari, vino nije proizvod koji mo\u017ee biti isto iz godine u godinu i stoga prilago\u0111avamo na\u0161e tehnike kako bi uz iskustvo izvukli najbolje iz berbe. U na\u0161im podrumima tijekom fermentacije koristimo produ\u017eenu maceraciju \u010dak i za neka na\u0161a bijela vina, fermentacije s dijelom peteljki za na\u0161e autohtone sorte, otvorene tankove s razli\u010ditim metodama ekstrakcije odnosno infuziranja.
