We were always inspired by the stone, it is an essential part of Dalmatia, local tradition and culture. This is the reason we named our wine Mocira, a bit forgotten word for stone drywalls. Nomen est omen.<\/p>\n<p>Wine has a ruby color, light to medium body with 13% alc, and nice easy structure with round tannins. Mostly red fruit with leather on a medium intensity nose, medium plus acidity. Mocira 2018 is a nice introduction to Baraka wines and a perfect companion to a wide range of food and as an easy-going party starter.<\/p>\n<p>Mocira 2019 is a blend of mostly Plavina and Babi\u0107 with a small touch of Plavac Mali.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Winemaking&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1588189812196-80a0562b-fd81&#8243;][vc_column_text]Harvest started in the middle of September with Plavina, following with Babi\u0107 and Plavac Mali the next day. Grape went through cold soaking for 2-3 days until onset of fermentation with natural yeast. Total skin contact time was about two weeks and after gentle pressing, wine was racked into mostly neutral barrique and 500l barrels.
