Debit is an indigenous white grape variety of Sibenik Region in Dalmatia, Croatia. We believe Debit has been often overlooked variety of Dalmatia and with our efforts in the cellar and working closely with our growers, we strive to prove wrong all doubters in this variety. Let us know how we are doing.

Medium-plus body and acidity with a total 12.1% Alc. Complex and rich notes of citrus, field flowers, and wild herbs, vanilla, and finally integrated oak, intense minerality with a refreshing and lingering finish. Best served with food. Total production of 960 bottles.

Our Debit Riserva is handpicked from the vineyards near Promina mountain, vineyards that are tended with horse plow, skin contact and maceration for forty-eight hours before primary fermentation and then fermented and aged sur lie in oak barrels and concrete egg-shaped tank within our family cellar at Srima peninsula.

We recommend Debit Riserva with any kind of richer seafood especially with sauce. Simple grilled fish with only a dash of our extra virgin olive oil is a sure match. Also try with roasted turkey and veal.

Serve at 12-14 degrees celsius.
