Regardless of the interpretation, for us, it’s an homage to the rich cultural heritage of winemaking and the tradition of the Šibenik region.
This wine is crafted from hand-picked grapes—Debit, Trbljan, and Maraština—distinctive varieties indigenous to the region. It undergoes maceration for a couple of days and ferments on wild yeast in larger oval oak barrels, with a total production of fewer than 2500 bottles.
