Debit is an indigenous white grape variety of Sibenik Region in Dalmatia, Croatia. We believe Debit has been often overlooked variety of Dalmatia and with our efforts in the cellar and working closely with our growers, we strive to prove wrong all doubters in this variety. Light body and medium acidity with a total of 12% Alc. Approachable summer wine with notes of citrus, white flowers, and wild herbs, a touch of salinity and intense minerality with a refreshing and lingering finish. Best served with sea food and sushi. Bottled April 2026 with a total of about 6800 bottles.
