Rosé Malena is a light refreshing rosé wine intended for easy days in the spring and summer but also in winter when we need to evoke summer vibes. Malena means little one and is made of Plavina and about 10 % Lasina, both autochthonous varieties from Šibenik region of Dalmatia.
Light body and medium acidity with a total of 12% Alc. Salmon color with clean notes of fruit and wild local herbs, nice minerality with a refreshing and lighter finish. Best served with lighter food and chilled 8 to 10 degrees celsius. Bottled May 2020 with a total of about 1800 bottles.
