“Debit” is an indigenous white wine of the Šibenik Region, handpicked from the single vineyards in the hinterlands west of Skradin and the coastal region of Šibenik. The grapes are immediately pressed to preserve the maximum freshness of the fruit, and then fermented and aged lightly “sur lie” in concrete egg-shaped tanks and stainless steel in our family cellar on the Srima peninsula.

Debit is an indigenous white grape variety of Sibenik Region in Dalmatia, Croatia. We believe Debit has been often overlooked variety of Dalmatia and with our efforts in the cellar and working closely with our growers, we strive to prove wrong all doubters in this variety. Let us know how we are doing.

Light body and medium acidity with a total of 11,5% Alc. Approachable summer wine with notes of citrus, white flowers, and wild herbs, a touch of salinity and intense minerality with a refreshing and lingering finish. Best served with sea food and sushi. Bottled April 2024 with a total of about 4000 bottles.

Our Debit is handpicked late September from the vineyards in the Skradin hinterlands.
Whole-cluster pressed and chilled before fermentation. Fermentation and aging was limited sur lie in stainless steel and concrete tanks in our family cellar at Srima peninsula.
